Here's an Instagram Live Video I Did Showing The Insides Of The 2040 Patio Offset Smoker!
With the most consistent fire tending rhythm for any wood burning offset smoker in the industry you can sit back and cook your amazing BBQ without any need for worrying about what your smoker is doing!
We have been building smokers since 2007 with the same dependable design and have continued to improve ever since.
Once you fire your new smoker up and season it you will be shocked at it's performance!
We take into consideration your cooking habits and help you pick the best option to ensure your new smoker suits your cooking style!
If you want to cook on an Open Offset...
(Top Down Cooking, also Frank's favorite style of pit) We will design for you to get the most intense smoke ring, maximum smoke penetration, and controlled temperature zones giving you the hotter and cooler zones of the cook chamber to take advantage of. This style smoker requires more tending but yields the best flavor possible.
If you want to cook on a Traditional Offset...
(Bottom Up Cooking using adjustable tuning plates) We give you maximum flexibility in setting up your own temp zones the way you want them without sacrificing that thin blue smoke flavor! Maybe you even want to grill in the cooking chamber? Totally an option! Ask about our Hybrid version of this style smoker! This style smoker is the most flexible of them all.
If you want to have a dead even cooking chamber temperature
and longer cycle times for cooking a full cook chamber of the same size meat such as briskets or pork butts, then the Reverse Flow Style is for you! You will have longer times between managing your fire and a cooking chamber temp zone that is within 10-15 degrees throughout no matter what size smoker we build for you! This style smoker puts a light but consistent smoke flavor on your meat, builds an even appearance without needing to flip and rotate your food, and is the easiest to maintain.
